The Job Title: SEND Teacher

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and progress. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality teaching and pastoral care to students with SEND.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and other school staff

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
