Graduate Role in SEND Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Russell Group Psychology Graduate to join our team as an Educational Psychology Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with experienced educators and psychologists to support children with SEND in a primary school setting.
Your key responsibilities will include supporting teachers in lesson planning, assessing pupil progress, and developing strategies to improve mental health and wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to work with children with ASC (autism), ADHD, and non-verbal pupils, providing them with the support they need to thrive.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 30 UK University and a strong desire to pursue a career in Educational or Clinical Psychology. You should also be able to demonstrate empathy and patience when working with children who require additional support.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
