The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a SEND Support Professional who shares our commitment to supporting children with diverse learning needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored support to students, working closely with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to create a seamless and effective support system.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a dedicated and adaptable individual who can think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of students with SEND.

Responsibilities

  • Student Support: Provide one-to-one and group support to students with SEND, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Lesson Planning: Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring all activities are engaging and relevant.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and other support staff to create a cohesive and effective support system.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, using this information to inform your teaching practices and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience and location.
