We are seeking a skilled and motivated Linguistics Graduate to fill the role of Primary Teacher Training for SEND students. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) while gaining valuable experience in education.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students inside and outside the classroom to focus on their development and improve academic progress.
  • Lead targeted interventions to boost student confidence and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and third-party professionals to deliver tailored support.
  • Assist with behaviour management to ensure a productive learning environment.
Essential Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 1st or 2:1 degree in Linguistics from a leading UK university.
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred but not essential.
  • Confident and supportive approach to managing behaviour and engaging with SEND students.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, creative, and team-oriented approach to work.

The estimated salary for this role is £90-£100 per day via PAYE, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to gain experience in education while earning a competitive daily rate.
