Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Science teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To teach Science subjects to students with complex learning difficulties.
  • To develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to individual student needs.
  • To work closely with the SENCo to create and implement Individual Education Plans.
  • To monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as needed.

Requirements:

  • QTS with a Science specialism.
  • Experience teaching students with SEN, including SEMH, ASD, and MLD.
  • Strong classroom management and differentiation skills.
  • A clear DBS check.

Salary Range: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum.
