**Job Overview:**

Ribbons & Reeves are proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled SEND Administrator to join our client school in Newham. This is a fixed-term role that requires immediate start, offering a unique chance to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the SEND team, including coordinating meetings, managing diaries, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting the SEND team with daily tasks and projects
  • Assisting with coordination of parent meetings and in-service courses
  • Managing the SENCo's diary to optimize time usage
  • Booking student reviews and maintaining related records

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Administration experience, preferably in education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with SIMS software and other educational tools
  • Awareness of current education trends and initiatives
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
