Administrative Support Officer

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance Division, acting as the first point of contact for queries and ensuring the general tidiness and organisation of the office and kitchen spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Finance Division, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Ensure the office and kitchen spaces are well-organised and tidy, including maintaining good availability of milk and other supplies.
- Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and other systems and platforms to complete tasks and maintain accurate records.
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional who can work effectively in an office environment, using their own initiative and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
You should have experience of using Microsoft Office applications and a range of other systems and platforms, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
