We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer to work with a large public sector client within the legal sector at Oxford Combined Courts.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone. This includes:

  • Checking, processing and responding to court applications
  • Informing the courts and prisons establishment of diarised defendant hearings
  • Dealing with customers via telephone and face-to-face
  • Using internal systems to log data - training will be provided
About the Client:

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

As an Admin Officer, you will be working with a large public sector client within the legal sector at Oxford Combined Courts. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the legal system.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, supporting the delivery of justice to the people of England and Wales.

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who is able to work well under pressure. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in a team, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is an initial contract until the end of December 2024, with the possibility of extension. The hourly rate is £11.44, rising to £11.88 after 12 weeks.
