About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As the primary point of contact for staff and external visitors, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, administration, and communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, facilities maintenance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support the senior leadership team with administrative duties and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
