**Job Summary**

Office Angels is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join their team as an Accounts Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organized individual to play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records of the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Enter high volume invoices onto accounting software
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial records
  • Assist with payroll processing, including employee salary calculations, deductions, and tax payments
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management review
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies
  • Support the finance team in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or equivalent role
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, with the ability to apply them to daily tasks
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
