Position Overview: Are you experienced in an administrative role within a professional setting? This position involves a variety of essential tasks that support the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing standard administrative duties such as note-taking and drafting official correspondence.
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors to ensure a positive experience.
  • Managing office supplies, including ordering stationery and other necessary items.
  • Maintaining common areas, including updating noticeboards and distributing informational materials.
  • Providing refreshments for meetings and events.

This role is situated in a prestigious educational organization, offering a professional atmosphere. The salary is approximately £33,000, with flexibility for the ideal candidate, along with a comprehensive holiday package and pension scheme.
