Allen Associates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join their team.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing various properties owned by the organisation and their contracts, procuring supplies and services for the office and departments, liaising with the Science Park and Building Team, undertaking building maintenance reviews and organising repairs, coordinating travel and diary management, and supporting the Engineering and Facilities Management Team in any ad hoc administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Procure and manage office supplies and services
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including the Science Park and Building Team
