Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Secretary. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Churchill Hospital League of Friends, including maintaining accurate records and liaising with the accountant.
- Assist with the administration and accounts of the Churchill Hospital League of Friends, including keeping records up to date and completing VAT returns online.
- Liaise with the accountant to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.
- Support the Chairman in maintaining accurate records for submission to the Charity Commission.
- Order stationery and other supplies as required.
- Attend monthly committee meetings and take minutes.
- Attend the AGM meeting once a year and report on the finances for the year.
