About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Division team at the University of Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and kitchen spaces, and providing excellent customer service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Division, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Ensure the general tidiness and organisation of the office and kitchen spaces, including the availability of milk and other supplies.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries and provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders.
  • Use your own initiative to resolve issues and escalate complex queries to the relevant team members.
  • Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and other systems and platforms to ensure attention to detail at all times.
