About the Role

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Services Associate to join our team. As a Business Services Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the helpdesk team to deliver a consistent, efficient, accurate, and polite service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage patient enquiries to a high standard, ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the implementation of business processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and company policy, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Complete ad-hoc requests from the management team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and patients.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
