We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Operations Administrator to join our team at Together. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Case Management: Handle all data entry for new direct cases, ensuring that all relevant information is included with a high level of accuracy.
- Case Preparation: Prepare case files for Case Managers to enable timely and appropriate underwriting decisions.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the case pipeline to ensure agreed SLAs and completion deadlines are met by liaising with the customer and intermediaries where necessary.
- Documentation Review: Review and check all documentation on cases pre-funding to mitigate risk and minimize potential financial losses.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with our panel of solicitors to enhance their knowledge of our internal process.
- Customer Support: Support Case Managers to operate with maximum efficiency by managing inbound and outbound phone calls from customers and brokers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to minimizing customer effort and maximizing business goals.
- Administration Experience: Previous experience in an administration role.
- Customer Understanding: Understanding of what a good customer outcome looks like.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and a keen attention to detail.
- Planning and Organization: Excellent planning and organizational skills that enable cases to be funded in the optimum timeframe.
