About the Company

Brill Power Limited is a leading organisation in the industry, and we are looking for a talented Purchasing Coordinator - Supply Chain Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating with our outsourced production, and maintaining our internal stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the purchasing function and develop successful relationships with suppliers, including negotiating terms and costs.
  • Lead end-to-end purchasing process, including preparation of purchase orders, documentation, execution, goods-in receiving, inspection of purchased items, and resolution of any issues with the purchase.
  • Source electronic components and materials to forecasted budget and delivery plans.
  • Co-ordinate and expedite deliveries in and out of the business.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of procurement basics, legal requirements, and ethical conduct.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of purchasing processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the department.

  • Salary range from 40-45K depending on experience (FTE).
