Job Description

Huntress is seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in managing procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services needed for R&D, production, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing goods and services for production, R&D, and operational needs.
  • Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiating with suppliers to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery terms.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Data Entry: Enter procurement data into the ERP system.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on procurement activities and trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in procurement, purchasing, or related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
