Job Overview
Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar customer support or contact centre environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to act with diplomacy and tact.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications to support customer interactions.
