Key Responsibilities- Act as our first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
- Deliver a highly professional, friendly, and efficient service, answering queries, producing quotes, and managing client accounts.
- Look after smaller accounts, growing relationships with clients, identifying their buying needs, and offering a vast range of trusted products and equipment.
- Provide technical advice and support, promote uptake to our Reward Scheme, update and maintain the CRM system, provide delivery information and updates, and process orders and upsell products.
- Customer-facing experience
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new software and systems quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages
- Five GCSEs, including English and Maths
