Job Description:
  The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a portfolio of key accounts in Europe and Africa, driving revenue growth and profitability through the execution of effective account plans.

About the Role:
  In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Supply Chain teams to develop and execute account plans that meet or exceed business targets. You will also lead cross-functional teams to launch new categories and drive trade spend efficiency through our retail and distribution partners.

About You:
  You have a proven track record in sales and key account management, with a strong understanding of trade marketing and activation principles. You are a strategic thinker with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Your ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively is essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
  - Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  - Lead cross-functional teams to launch new categories and drive trade spend efficiency
  - Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to develop business strategies
  - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  - Provide regular business updates to senior management

Requirements:
  - Bachelor's degree in a related field
