Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As an Internal Sales Person, you will play a crucial role in driving customer loyalty and growth by providing exceptional customer service and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to key customers, building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty
  • Manage a live portfolio of current customers, proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts
  • Understand individual client requirements, build rapport, and grow client portfolio
  • Support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customer orders are completed on time

Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE FULL UK Driving Licence
  • Experience of working in a highly competitive or target-driven customer-focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)
  • Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
  • A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
  • An ability to recognise sales opportunities
