About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team on the G2 Children's Ward at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to children and their families. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Health or Health and Social Care, or working towards
  • One year's experience working with children and the general public
  • Basic understanding of normal child development
