About the Role

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Healthcare Support Workers to join our Bank at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing optimal care for our patients and complementing our current experienced and specialist workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work effectively in a variety of different wards and departments as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Be committed to demonstrating our Trust's CARE values.
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients, families, and carers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Literacy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6).
  • Numeracy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6).
  • The Care Certificate.
  • A minimum of 12 months care experience.
  • Good written and verbal communication in the English language.
