About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker on the G2 Children's Ward. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and their families.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and work alongside nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to children and their families
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Evidence of Childcare/Nursery Nurse training is essential
  • Provide opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance the role

Person Specification:

  • NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Health or Health and Social Care (or working towards)

  • Previous NHS experience (desirable)
