Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Service Delivery Manager

**Location:** Hybrid 2-3 days in office

**Salary:** Open to the market depending on experience

A well-established, high-profile public sector organization is seeking a Senior IT Delivery Manager with a background in digitalization to join their project team on a 6-month contract. As a Senior IT Delivery Manager, you will support the delivery of ICT services, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of managing ICT service delivery and proven experience in managing IT service delivery and multi-sourced support teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the delivery of ICT services, ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs.
  • Communicate and manage technical changes with appropriate governance and implement continual service improvement programs.
  • Maintain secure configuration and accurate IT asset management.
  • Investigate and recommend process improvements and optimizations.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and provide clear reporting and data interpretations.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in managing IT service delivery and multi-sourced support teams.
  • Strong background in defining and managing SLAs and OLAs.
