About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Telcom Group. As a key member of our commercial arm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our delivery strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performance Team: Establish and manage a high-performing delivery team by setting clear goals, fostering trust, accountability, communication, and continuous growth.
  • Drive Business Operations: Oversee key product-related suppliers, implement processes for vendors and fibre suppliers, and work on their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage Vendor Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of orders and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate Delivery of Direct Customer Orders: Responsible for the coordination and delivery of all Direct customer orders, ensuring that they are completed within agreed-upon timelines.
  • Support Revenue Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Streamline End-to-End Delivery Process: Work closely with other delivery teams to streamline the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that it is efficient and effective.
  • Utilize Engineering Workforce: Responsible for the utilization of the engineering workforce, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in Telecommunications: Proven experience in telecommunications, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft or Google suite of packages, with the ability to accurately report and forecast.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
