Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. As a key member of our service delivery function, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of ICT services and ensuring that they meet the required service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Improvement: Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of our ICT services.
  • Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of ICT services, ensuring that they meet the required service levels and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Define and manage SLAs with internal stakeholders to ensure that service delivery meets business requirements.
  • Operational Level Agreements (OLAs): Collaborate with internal teams to define and manage OLAs that support the delivery of ICT services.
  • Service Availability and Performance: Ensure that ICT services are available and performing at optimal levels, with minimal downtime or disruption.
  • Reporting and Service Standards: Develop and maintain reports to measure service performance and ensure that service standards are met.
  • Technical Change Management: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that technical changes are communicated and managed effectively.
  • Continual Service Improvement: Develop and implement a programme of continual service improvement to enhance the quality and efficiency of our ICT services.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with ITIL or service improvement methodologies, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
