  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of service delivery professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality services.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that service delivery issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reporting to senior management on service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • ITIL Foundation Certification: Possess ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience in service management.
  • Service Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in service management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills to manage a team of service delivery professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
