**About the Position**

Omega Resource Group is seeking an ambitious and driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

About the Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £43,100 in their first year. We also offer a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, wellness support, and pension scheme.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and networking.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Managing and reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to sales team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to generate new business and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills, with a strong understanding of business and marketing principles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales team members.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an enterprise sales role.
