Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed service level agreements.
  • KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on technical support and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications used in the automotive sector.
