**Trainee IT Support Technician**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee IT Support Technician. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in IT support and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing IT services business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Assist in the resolution of IT issues and queries
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies
