Job Title: Senior Director of Talent Development

We are seeking a Senior Director of Talent Development to lead our learning and development strategy, focusing on leadership development, management training, and personal effectiveness. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and leadership development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess current and future training needs.
  • Partner with external providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing L&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Review and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in L&D leadership, with expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Strong understanding of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital content creation tools.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker, with a proven track record of driving business results through L&D initiatives.
