Job Description:

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing targeted training plans, and delivering engaging training sessions and workshops. Additionally, they will evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to inform training strategies.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training materials and resources.
  • Evaluate program impact and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field.
