Job Overview

We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. As a Talent Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying training needs and creating development programs for employees.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Training Needs Analysis:
    IDentifying training needs and developing a plan to address them.
  2. Development Programs:
    Creatings development programs for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.
  3. Leadership Development:
    Supporting leadership development and succession planning is crucial for the success of our organization.

You will need expertise in adult learning principles, training delivery methods, and assessment techniques. Ideally, you should have experience working within SMEs or similar sectors, particularly manufacturing, and be familiar with senior leadership development and talent management.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
