About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support a gentleman living in North Norfolk. The successful candidate will be required to provide companionship, engage in various activities, and assist with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany the gentleman on outings and support him with his hobbies, such as gardening, fishing, and photography
  • Assist with medication administration when needed
  • Provide physical support to prevent falls and help the gentleman regain balance if necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with individuals with brain injuries or Alzheimer's disease
  • A valid UK driving license and business insurance
  • A keen interest in gardening and fishing (optional but desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and patient approach
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £11.90 per hour, paid hourly. You will also receive reimbursement for agreed expenses. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, mandatory training care courses, and satisfactory references from two referees are required.
