We are seeking a skilled Norfolk Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Fee Earners with administrative tasks related to property transactions and due diligence checks.

The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive nature. It is a full or part-time, permanent position based at our offices across Norfolk.

Main Responsibilities
  • Key Tasks:
  • Support Fee Earners with administrative tasks.
  • Deal with clients over the telephone and face-to-face.
  • Complete Land Registry applications and Property searches.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong administrative skills, including data management and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
