We are Clapham & Collinge LLP, a leading firm of expert solicitors with offices across Norfolk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Norwich-based Conveyancing Administrator to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves supporting the Conveyancing team on a range of residential conveyancing cases. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive nature.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have excellent IT skills and be able to adapt quickly to new systems and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting Fee Earners with general administrative tasks related to residential conveyancing cases
  • Dealing with clients over the telephone and face-to-face in a professional manner
  • Completing Land Registry applications and Property searches as required
  • Opening files and proceeding with initial stages of conveyancing transactions and due diligence checks
  • Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks when needed
  • Dependability and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,000-£29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
