About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of care services to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care and support services.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each person we support.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
  • Collaborate with commissioners of services, specialist professionals, and local safeguarding boards to ensure the best possible outcomes for individuals.
  • Monitor and control day-to-day expenditure within prescribed limits.
  • Support team members to prepare for internal and external inspections, including CQC inspections.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing care services for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and travel.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
