Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team in Hull. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people, while also leading and managing a team of staff to deliver exceptional services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard, meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of our young people.
- Participate in care planning and review meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Relevant experience in a residential care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential, with Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred.
- Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Full UK driving license required.
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
