Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to join our team at Cambian in Hull. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our 5-bed Ofsted-rated GOOD home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing support and development opportunities to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
- Foster a culture of consultation and collaboration, ensuring that young people are at the heart of all decision-making.
- Allocate key workers to each young person, ensuring that their care plans are implemented effectively.
- Maintain high standards of care, adhering to quality standards and the home's statement of purpose.
- Handle complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of our young people.
- Participate in care planning and review meetings, contributing to the development of our young people.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in residential care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care, with a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred.
- Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A full UK driving license.
