Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team in Hull. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people, while also leading and developing a team of staff to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure high-quality care and support is provided at all times.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of our young people.
- Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard, meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a residential care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential, with Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred.
- Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
