About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to promote the welfare of our young people.
  • Ensure the home is maintained to a high standard and that all necessary policies and procedures are in place.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the home.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a residential care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential, with Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred.
  • Knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
