About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of our care services for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual, in partnership with the individual, their family, and relevant professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated essential standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the care service, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Requirements

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in managing care services for adults with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of care professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the service.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated essential standards of quality and safety.
