About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Personalized Care: Provide high-quality, personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Support Resident Wellbeing: Encourage and support residents to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing, such as exercise programs, social events, and educational workshops.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services, including communication with families and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a care or support environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and families.
  • Values: A passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a commitment to dignity, respect, and compassion.
