About the Position

The Restorative Care Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to residents, working closely with the Physiotherapist and Occupational Therapist. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Develop personalized care plans for residents based on their unique needs.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to residents, ensuring accurate records and effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with the Unit Supervisor and interdisciplinary team to establish nursing restorative services for residents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in restorative care or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in long-term care settings.
  • Strong commitment to promoting residents' well-being and quality of life.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications.
