Job Title: Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our team at Saint Cecilia's Nursing Home in Scarborough. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position working Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, managing files, and supporting the Home Manager in running the service effectively. You will also greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around the home.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and handle correspondence
  • Manage files and maintain accurate records
  • Support the Home Manager in running the service

What We Offer:
