The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and administering prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Developing and maintaining accurate records of client concerns and complaints.
- Fostering a supportive environment that promotes resident autonomy and independence.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse.
- At least one year of experience in geriatric nursing, healthcare, and/or rehabilitation as an RPN.
- Successful completion of the Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Compliance with provincial police check and tuberculosis screening requirements.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
