Respiratory Care Professional

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Care Professional to join our team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key player in our Community Diagnostic Centre, you will deliver high-quality services while contributing to the development of our staff through quality assurance, workforce planning, and appraisal activities.
Your expertise in spirometry, dynamic lung volumes, and other respiratory procedures will enable you to effectively assess patients' conditions and provide treatment recommendations. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues to develop strategies for continuous improvement in patient care and operational efficiency.
This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of around £38,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including access to the NHS Pension Scheme, generous annual leave, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a degree in Clinical Physiology or a related field, possess relevant post-qualification experience, and demonstrate a strong commitment to ongoing education and skill enhancement.
