About Clinical Lead for Respiratory Services
\We are seeking an experienced and innovative Clinical Lead for Respiratory Services to join our Internal Medicine Department at Scarborough Hospital. The successful candidate will work closely with existing medical consultants to provide specialist expertise and contribute to general work.
\The role will cover all aspects of a consultant's professional practice, including clinical work, clinical governance, teaching, research, education, managerial responsibilities, and external commitments. The postholder will also be expected to participate in GIM, Acute, and Cardiology on-call responsibilities as part of their job plan.
\About the Role
\The Internal Medicine service is well-respected clinically and actively involved in research and undergraduate education. We offer a comprehensive range of acute hospital and specialist healthcare services, and our trust is set in the heart of a historic seaside town on the beautiful Yorkshire Coast.
\The town offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities, both on the water, on our beaches, and inland. We have good connections to the road and railway network, with London being less than 3 hours away by train.
\Salary
\The salary for this role is £83,543 - £108,163 per annum, depending on experience.
